A time to support each other

We’re living through the worst epidemic in living history and many lives will never be the same.
What’s happening now would have been unimaginable even a few short month ago. However, we know from history that we will recovery from this and that eventually the Hospitality Industry will be the vibrant, vital industry that it was.

Getting there is going to take some time, determination and perseverance. At Clarity we applaud the support announced by the Government, but we also want to do more to help you, both now and during the recovery.

So, after a lot of discussion, we’ve come up with an alternative to the deferred payments option we offered in March.

Our way of supporting you

In simple terms, we will:

Supply and support your software for a monthly subscription that is calculated on your terms revenue for that month. We’ll make that all-inclusive for all the systems and modules we provide to you, so there’s no separate billing for different services.

This means:

  • NO charges while you’re closed or your occupancy is zero

  • Only slow increases as you rebuild your business

  • Normal billing only once your business is back to ‘normal’

It also makes decisions about ‘extra’ modules very easy and it means we share your ‘highs’ and your ‘lows’ going forward, including the risks.
