Option one is a move to our revenue-based charging contract. Our charging is calculated on a small, negotiated % of your Terms Revenue and it means that if you’re closed you pay nothing, if your occupancy is low, you pay very little. And when the world comes right, you pay a fair but modest amount.

The second option is a negotiated discount on our charges for when you are closed. This means we’ll offer you a discount on your monthly billing. As you’d expect, that will vary from customer to customer depending on contract terms.
