This phone or tablet-based App connects with the Room Cleaning plans configured in Clarity Hotel Manager to provide Housekeepers with a cleaning checklist for every individual room. They are easy to configure and can include cleaning specifics such as sanitising sprays and wipe downs, along with the standard tasks for the room type.
A cleaning schedule is applied to the stay duration of a booking, either automatically or as you choose, with the option to add priorities (for example - a check-out service overriding daily cleans). This in turn feeds into the daily schedule for Housekeepers and Supervisors, all on the app (or printed if you prefer).
The Supervisor log-in additionally allows QA checks, progress tracking and staff re-prioritising if necessary.
Once a Housekeeper completes a room's checklist, Clarity Hotel Manager is automatically updated so that Front Desk staff know room status in real time. Any mini-bar items consumed can also be charged directly to the Guest bill, messages communicated to reception and maintenance can be flagged for follow-up.
